Colonial Place is a highly regarded 88 bed licensed assisted living and dementia unit facility, located in a wooded and residential setting. We are family owned and operated and are blessed with a staff who responds directly and personally to the needs of our residents. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment.

All facets of daily living including medical, social, and a generous amount of activities provide a secured and well balanced lifestyle.  This lifestyle enhances a resident's mental and physical well being.

Our Community has evolved into three levels of assisted living care:

• Assisted Living (Level I) - Available Accomodations: Private and Semi-Private Rooms and Apartments
• Special Care Unit (Level II) - Available Accomodations: Private and Semi-Private Rooms and Apartments
• Providing Care for Alzheimer's Disease in our Dedicated Dementia Unit & Terrace Club (Level III) - Available Accomodations: Private and Semi-Private Rooms.

* Long term care and respite care provided for all levels of care.

Commitment and Making a Difference:

Colonial Place's new Dedicated Dementia Unit has been planned, designed, constructed and staffed with care and commitment. The commitment now becomes perpetual with on-going training and education to meet the ever-changing advancements and techniques in combating this disease. It is hoped that in some small way, our dementia unit has contributed to the better quality of life for the cognitively impaired.
